Returns and Refunds

 

We want you to be happy with your Drexavio order. If something is not quite right, here is how our returns process works.

 

Return period

 

You have 14 days from the moment you receive your product to change your mind, for any reason. This is in line with your legal right of withdrawal as a consumer in the Netherlands and the European Union.

 

How to start a return

 

To start a return, email us at info@drexavio.com with your order number and the item or items you would like to return. We will get back to you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

 

You can also return only part of your order if you like, keeping the items you are happy with.

 

Condition of returned items

 

Please make sure any item you return is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with any tags still attached and, where possible, in its original packaging. You are welcome to try an item on the way you would in a store, but items that show signs of wear, are damaged, or have had their tags removed may not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, we may deduct the loss in value from the amount refunded to you.

 

Sending your return back

 

Please send your return back to us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after you have let us know you wish to return it.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

 

If you only return part of your order, we will only refund the cost of the returned item or items.

 

Return shipping costs

 

If you choose a return shipping method other than the one we provide instructions for, any additional cost is your responsibility.

 

Exchanges

 

If you would like a different size or color, the easiest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This way we can make sure the new item is available and gets to you as quickly as possible.
